Akouri Congratulates Warren Mayoral Candidate Richard Sulaka on Primary Election Win

Sulaka, along with another candidate, topped the field in the city's mayoral primary Tuesday and will square off in November to determine which candidate will become the city's next top elected official. The non-partisan contest will be one of the most closely watched in Michigan's third largest city this Fall. Warren boasts a large population of Lebanese Americans, and has the only full-time mayor in Macomb County.
